吃水果和蔬菜对身体有好处的英文谓语用单数还是复数
一般来说，不可数名词作主语，谓语动词是用单数的。 但是也有特殊与例外，现附上几种情况：
1.表示具体重量的不可数名词作主语时，谓语动词通常用复数。如： More than 250tons of oranges are expected to be harvested this year in the county. 这个县今年可望收获250多吨柑桔。 Over 150,000 tons of waste are dumped annually along the coastline. 每年有150,000多吨垃圾被倒在海岸线上。
2.但有时也用单数（被视为整体来考虑）。如： There was tons of material to go through. This two kilograms of meat is enough for ten persons.
